If you are reading about EDC, then I believe you are ready to take this journey with me. One of wellness, where I aid you in your journey and share the story of mine. I deliberately foster an environment where competition takes a backseat and authentic self-expression, faith and personal wellness takes the spotlight. Through candid discussions, guests share their journeys, struggles, and triumphs, encouraging listeners to embrace their own vulnerability. Tune in to Eat Don’t Compete for a refreshing approach to personal and spiritual growth. Let me discuss how we can become the version of ourselves we were always meant to be.

S3E8: Keeping Faith in a Faithless Industry
Monday Mar 01, 2021
Monday Mar 01, 2021
"Faith is the substance of things hoped for, yet the evidence of things unseen." Hebrews 11:1
In today's episode, I had the opportunity to interview another guest which was the start of my series BECOMING: A Woman in History. To start this series, I invited Mrs. Deidre Williams Pittman to our show to discuss Keeping Faith in a Faithless Industry. Deidre is a Faith Empowerment Coach and a Marketplace Strategist. Deidre is impactful in how she discusses her journey with us, telling us all about how she learned about what faith truly is, how she used those pivotal moments in her life to thrust her directly into God's arms, in an effort for him to direct her path. And what a road she has traveled. She emphasizes how it was important for her to understand her walk with God as it coincided with her understanding of what womanhood is. In "becoming" she realizes that she is still evolving into who God wants her to be. If you want to learn more about how to keep the faith in a faithless industry, tune in now! I am looking forward to reading your reviews, seeing your subscriptions come in and reading your comments on this week's episode… Tune in now for an impactful conversation. S3E7: Can Love Change Everything w/ @LegallyBlack
Sunday Feb 14, 2021
Sunday Feb 14, 2021
"Just because something is not perfect does not make it any less worthy of love." - Daphne Bridgerton
Do you watch Bridgerton? #Bridgerton is a popular #Netflix show that is essentially about love and everything that reflects that time period, because it is a time period piece. @LegallyBlack of @TheyDidntTellYou literally came to the show to kiki w/ your girl. Don't get me wrong, she most definitely dropped that good wisdom she always carries with her. We took a small piece of the show, specifically a line from the show and dissected it to arrive at an answer to "can love change everything?" This is not an interview, this is not a serious conversation of any kind. This is a good time talking about love. Happy Valentine's Day!!!
Don't forget to check out @legallyblack weekly on @theydidnttellyou. Every episode is a dope concept about all those things folk never told you but we all wanted to know. She has a wealth of wisdom on these topics and she is so good at keeping you engaged, so check out her.
